How do I get a quote?
The fast way: use our Get a Quote page — add photos of the front and back of your home plus your address, and Jake emails back your exact total, usually within minutes. Prefer texting? Send the same photos to 208-599-8173. Estimates are free, and your final price is confirmed on site.
Why is pure water better than a squeegee?
Squeegee cleaning uses soap, and soap leaves residue — that residue causes streaks and actually attracts new dirt. Our reverse-osmosis + deionized water has zero minerals and zero additives, so it dries perfectly clear and your glass stays cleaner longer.
Do you clean frames, sills, and screens too?
Yes — our soft nylon and boar's hair brushes scrub frames and sills on every window cleaning, and we offer full screen deep-cleaning with our Xero screen cleaner as an add-on.
How do you reach second-story windows?
With our water-fed pole system, from the ground. No ladders leaning against your home, no risk to your siding or gutters.
What is a soft wash, and is it safe for my siding?
A soft wash cleans your home's whole exterior with low pressure and cleaning solutions instead of a high-pressure blast — it lifts dirt, algae, and staining safely. And every soft wash includes a complimentary window cleaning.
What does pressure washing include?
Our 3-in-1 process: a pre-treatment that loosens dirt and stains, the deep wash itself, and a protective post-treatment that keeps the surface cleaner longer.
What is Premium Restore / nano coating?
Our most detailed cleaning plus a nano coating that bonds to the glass and repels water, dirt, and spots — the closest thing to brand-new glass, and it stays cleaner far longer between visits.
How do the loyalty rewards work?
Two ways. First, every additional cleaning within a year earns another 10% off — 2nd visit 10%, 3rd 20%, and it keeps stacking. Second, every wash punches your card: your 11th wash is free. Create an account in the customer portal to track both.
How long does a visit take?
Most jobs take about 2 hours. We work Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM.

What areas do you serve?

How do I track my service or see past cleanings?
Create a free account in the customer portal with your email or phone number and a password you choose. You'll see your service history, loyalty progress, and live status updates on service day — from “on our way” to “finished” — and you can turn service-update notifications on or off anytime.
