When you request a quote, create an account, book a service, or sign a service agreement, we collect the basics needed to serve you: your name, phone number, email, service address, photos you send us of your home for quoting, your service history with us, and your communication preferences.

To quote, schedule, perform, and follow up on your services
To send service updates, appointment reminders, invoices, and receipts
To honor your loyalty discounts and punch-card rewards
With your consent, to contact you about offers and reminders — including by automated calls, texts, and emails from our assistant, Jake

What we never do

We never sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the service providers we need to run our business (like our payment processor and email provider), who may only use it to serve you. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone.

Texts & calls

If you've given consent, we may contact you by phone, text, or email, including via automated technology. Consent is never a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any text, or just tell us, and we'll stop promotional contact immediately. Message and data rates may apply.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Square. We never see or store your full card number.
